This website describes private-pay overnight and respite support offered by Rios Ventures LLC, an owner-operated business based in GA. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Consultations, not a contract

Submitting an inquiry is a request to talk. It does not guarantee availability, acceptance, or a start date, and it does not establish a caregiver-client relationship. Any care arrangement is confirmed only after a care-fit conversation and a mutually agreed schedule.

Scope of services

Rios Ventures is not a skilled nursing service, medical practice, or licensed home-health agency. The work described here is private overnight supervision, respite, companionship, and appropriate non-skilled support. NPI registration identifies the provider for administrative purposes and is not a Georgia home-care license.

Care-fit

Not every situation is accepted. Arrangements that require two-person transfers, mechanical-lift dependent care, continuous skilled nursing, or care beyond a one-caregiver model are generally outside the current service. That determination is made during consultation.

Pricing

Published rates apply to the standard service model and may vary with schedule, location, holidays, travel, and care requirements. Holiday and last-minute arrangements may have additional pricing.
