Rios Ventures LLC (“Rios Ventures,” “I,” or “we”) operates this website to describe private overnight and respite care and to receive consultation requests. This page explains what information is collected through the site and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you submit the care inquiry form, you may provide contact details, client information, location, schedule preferences, and care-requirement details. That information is used only to review whether a consultation is appropriate and to follow up about availability.

How information is used

Inquiry details are reviewed by Roy Rios as the owner-operator of the business. They are not sold, rented, or used for advertising lists. Submitting a form does not create a caregiver-client relationship.

What this site does not collect

This site does not request Social Security numbers, insurance policy numbers, Medicare identifiers, or payment card numbers. Do not include sensitive medical records in the message field beyond what is needed to describe care needs.
